Banana itself? :D Well, managing no-hit on that room is very necessary for the next room where many Imps will surround you in a immediate fight and you will need full health there. Then, grabbing the BFG is also hard, sometimes you fail to kill the Arachnotron and the whole run is wasted here. But once you manage to grab the BFG you are all ready to rock n roll.
