Rocket launcher, the map. I got sub 10! Of course there's room for improvement. Ideally, rush for the Revenant room while killing as many elevated Imps as possible. Then, grab the BFG, the yellow key, then the red key and rush for the exit. Take out eveything in the spawn floor when the exit is reached and do some good ol' fashion monster cleanup.
