this is the first map I truly liked enough to try some time pushing. I'm quite happy having stroke a sub 3:30. also, my movement began getting closer to something acceptable from the first maps after a long inactivity. from 0 knowledge of map, untill this demo, I think I invested a few hours of playing. level is easy to memorize.

Map is really nice to speedrun, there's lot of action, small secrets, good weapon choices, maybe too generous in ammo overall. beside some slow turning and unoptimized killing, I guess this is a "good" run. I can name 8 doomers who could smash the time close to 3minutes with a couple hours of attempts.

curiosity no.4:
doom always had (actually still has... of course) a nostalgic taste for me. It's probably my very first PC-game, and I never changed the original keyboard and mouse settings from the old DOS... even if absolutely crap for speedrunning infact, i'm using both vertical and horizontal movement on mouse, and I use arrows for moving, spacebar for "use" botton. a "w a s d" its 5680 times more efficient I guess, but I'm hardly switching the settings for now :)
using such old and bad settings brings my memories when I was little young, strong, without gray hairs, etc.. lol
