Okay so heres the part where i am complain about the lack of vile bosses. out of 100 viles. ONLY 2 were boss tier. also Phase Rifle.

so the new version of the phase rifle has been obtained. theres a few things different about this version of the rifle aside from the sprites:
-its not silent unless you are cloaked by its effect, you still need to empty a full clip in order to activate it and as long as you do you can keep the effect going. it is not tracked by the strife status section of the hud but it lasts for 6ish seconds
-its still more powerful then the base dtech rifle when your not empowering it but only on direct hits. its "explosion" deals less damage and has less range
-any future/other variants of this weapon in anything else i include it in will use a different type of ammo from its base type. in Neo Complex it uses Mana instead of dtech ammo.
