This is Relentless Evil MAP29: True Hell done 100% on Ultra-Violence - played using PrBoom + v2.5.1.4.

One of the few RE levels I didn't show. This is the penultimate map I made in 2007, and it gets pretty tense at times. I chose not to do a commentary because this map requires some focus, and doing a commentary under heavy fire is...a bit challenging xD. And this map is also part of PlayStation Doom Reloaded's Doom 2 campaign ;)
