This map (designed by Chris Balch) is called "Escaping the Spiral Labyrinth," level 29 of the Beta version of Slaughterfest 2013, and it took so many tries to get through it. The most difficult part of this map is grabbing the radiation suit and having to rush to the exit before it wears off and you run out of health (when you get to the end of this video, you will see what I am talking about). I personally hated this map but I at least got through it. By the way, the music playing on this map is called "Super Valis IV Babylon," and it is NOT the original soundtrack.
