Doom (2016) Ending [PC version]
When Doom 4 a story driven cutscene heavy FPS about hell ... was turned into this
a Fps for the new derpy generation that does not like the heritage of Doom Lore, so you loose the 4 ...
even if this game starts right after Doom 3 Resurrection Of Evil ... when one ends ,the other begins ...
to be brutally honest to me this game was like "Rage" ... over the top visuals ,with locking you into one spot to kill all ... with Doom 3 setting to hide this
to counter act this, they added a new pick up system ... meat Piñatas that blink when you shoot at them ...
map logic is now , always follow the green lights ,that sometimes blink ... but most of the time they guide you ... though ehm corridors ... to the next viva piñata arenas (five per level)... oh and yes there are 2 levels that try to fool you its a OPEN ENDED GAME ... but come on we know the target platform was consoles ...
It even now has parkour mechanics... and ... magic climb and jump ... you never are sure, if you can make the jump or climb this thing ... well , if its green you can... say what??? ...
another thing that will irritate you is the missing damage direction indication ... making you look stupid ,when there are like 30 of them... and if one of them hits you , you don't know from what direction...
awful checkpoint system , with checkpoints placed so far... to hide this game length (from 3h to 7h depending on your difficulty)... oh but dont worry about it ... we took out manual saves to make this game more atmospheric ... my ass
Simply put its a Console FPS that was pushed later to PC ...with a awful Multiplayer mode ...saved by the meh-ish Singleplayer... but still its console redesign is obvious ... if you wonder why i did not mention the graphics ,because consoles are now nothing more then 8 core , 8gig of ram , laptop based machines... that now can upscale to 4K blurrrrrrr
to be blunt.... Derps played this only, to see the Gore ... that relaxes them
