DOOM (2016) - Snapmap - Who Told You About ID? (Single Player)
5VMQJKJF
This is my first map on Doom 2016.
In the game it's called " Who Told You About LD(but the L is small. I couldn't use the name ID)"
Really sorry about my gameplay... This was my first x-box one recording, and there was annoying "input lag".
Unfortunately this isn't in-game music...
I put 2 of my favorite Doom remixes to the video on editing.
Songs:
Doom II - The Demon's Dead
version on the video:
-"Demon's dead (map 10) Metal Remix" by elguitarTom

Doom(original) - Sign Of Evil
version on the video:
-"Doom Metal: Sign of Evil" (not sure who originally made it)

I put a lot of secrets and references(to movies and games) in this map.
Every dumb idea I had during my workday or whatever, I would write it down and try to use it in the level.
It took me forever to complete with constant replaying... To find mistakes and things to improve.
At least 3 hours a day for over a week. But... I loved every minute of it(except the damn loading times when you want to test the map)!
I had a lot of fun making this map!
Doom snapmap has its flaws... but. It's amazing!
The things you can't do with it are so small when compared to just what you can do with it!
It's like TimeSplitters Mapmaker, but a lot more advanced.
Memory limitations are here as well. But... You have to put A LOT of stuff to fill those.
Biggest problem in my opinion is the "2 weapon limit". The real single player doesn't have that, and it's perfect!
Snapmap is very addicting.
