DOOM 3: BFG Edition - DOOM: Nightmare Trophy Guide
13Please note, this isn't an achievement on the 360 because of the DOOM I and II achievements in the separate games.
When you first start the level, there should be a room to the left with a couple shotgun enemies. In the room, down the stairs there should be two pillars, one containing a switch. Activate the switch, then a secret door should open back towards the start of the level (It will close after 5 seconds), which will take you outside. After going outside grab the armor in the center, then you will see a door to the right with a few shotgun enemies in there, kill them, grab the health, grab the shotgun ammo. Open the wall up and kill the enemies behind you, then open the last door up and be careful as there is some demons here which will take almost all your health off it you get hit by a fireball.
