0BIG FUCKING SOUNDTRACK EDITION: DOOM music retooled for DOOM 3!
DOOM 3 is an oft-maligned little gem in the FPS genre. What I often see in regards to complaints of the game is the much slower pace when compared to the other two games, and a decidedly weak shotgun. I feel that DOOM 3 has the soul of DOOM though, and I want to share my love of DOOM 3 with you all. This is my love letter to not only DOOM 3, but the music of the DOOM franchise as well. PS: Upon watching the final edit I decided it would be best for pacing reasons to cut the PDAs entirely. My goal was to focus on what I love about DOOM 3 and translating the music to fit the atmosphere and rhythm that DOOM 3 has. The constant cutting away from the game to read glorified code locations detracts from the overall experience I'm trying to provide, so I do apologize for the many cut aways in this part. I tried to make it as natural as possible ๐
