DOOM 2016 BFS Edition Part 1 - Take Full Responsibility
1BIG FUCKING SOUNDTRACK EDITION: DOOM and DOOM related music retooled for DOOM 2016!
After the release of DOOM 3 in 2004, id sort of floundered on what to do next with the DOOM series. DOOM 4 was originally planned to be a sort of Call of Duty-esque modern military shooter interestingly enough, only to be ultimately reworked around 2011. Fast forward to 2014 and DOOM (this game you're watching now!) was announced, and then released in 2016.
Reading more about it, it really sounds like DOOM 4 could have potentially been an excellent follow up to DOOM 3's style and pacing. I wish I could have played it!
DOOM 2016 is totally fine too though. I'd even go so far as to call it a gaming gem.
