DOOM 3
14DOOM 3 is a first-person shooter developed by id Software and published by Activision in 2004. The story begins with the arrival at Mars City, the main access to the Mars base of the UAC, the Union Aerospace Corporation. You take the role of a marine, who got the order to find a missing scientist from the Delta Labs.
DOOM 3 has been released for Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS X, Linux, Xbox, Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation 3. The source code has been published under the terms of the GPL in 2011. In 2005, an expansion pack called DOOM 3: Resurrection of Evil was released featuring a single player campaign with 12 levels as well as new weapons and several new enemies. On October 2012, DOOM 3 was re-released as DOOM 3: BFG Edition with enhanced graphics and sounds. It also includes Resurrection of Evil and another expansion pack called The Lost Mission.
