The easy one is for the ones who don't want to deal with this crap (but if you take it you don't unlock the feature menu).
The yellow key room is easy, just go for it slowly and you'll be fine.
The red key trap is not that hard, just take both rocket launcher in the corners and go to the other side of the room.
The blue key trap is the worst trap you can find in an official Doom game. you have to fight 4 Hell Knights with almost no room to dodge the fireballs. If you fall in the pit, it's game over there's no way up. Also the fact that the rocket launcher have recoil make the trap extra harder to deal with.

There's a glitch in this level that make it super easy if you trigger it. Basicaly, you have to trigger the Soulsphere trap without dying in it (witch is easy to do if you go for it slowly). Once that trap is triggered, the other traps will be delayed until the soulsphere trap script is over. That mean you can take the blue and red key without fighting.
You can't take the mega armor even with the script glitch because once you take that armor, you can't use the exit switch and you end up stuck where you were supposed to die.
