This is a mod for the first Quake called Slayer's Testaments, it's a total conversion mod that transforms the original game into a Doom 2016/Eternal hybrid. This mod is amazing, and pushes the engine to it's limits.

The frame rate was choppy in the beginning, but I managed to get it working eventually, so don't worry, the mod runs really well.
