This is not a skin or a multiplayer model, it is the third person model of the campaign itself. I know the animations of the character are weird but remember that this model was supposed to never be seen by the player so it is unfinished. No doubt the game is more fun in the first person, but I like to see it in the third person to know the size of the character compared to the environment and the monsters, and the agility of Doom Slayer that makes him the most powerful character of the FPS games!
