In this video you will find all collectibles, upgrades, extra lives and secrets. In short all you need to get those achievements for finding everything.
At the end of the video there is a summary and Fortress of DOOM section showing what upgrades I bought (if any). How you spend your Sentinel Batteries is up to you. I suggest buying Sentinel Crystals first (located at the bottom level) and upgrading your health and ammo.
Slayer Gate Strategy
In this mission you will encounter Slayer Gate. It's a special arena where you must kill all enemies to get Weapon Points and 100% completion for this level.
Strategy is simple - kill the big ones. Small enemies spawn constantly to give you ammo and health so concentrate on bigger demons. After you kill big ones small ones stop spawning.

At the end of this mission you will face a Doom Hunter, new type of enemy that serves as a boss encounter. He is protected by shield that can be overloaded with Plasma Rifle but his hoover platform is exposed and can be destroyed. After you destroy it his shield will be gone and you will be able to damage and kill him.
In phase 2 you will face two Doom Hunters at once. Strategy is the same. Note that they only move in certain area and never go near each other so you can easily separate them and focus on one at a time.
