All collectibles in this chapter are listed in chronological order. If you miss anything you can use fast travel when it unlocks at the end of the mission to go back everywhere.
Codex #1 (Sentinel Prime) – Near the start of the level in your direct path, impossible to miss.
Codex #2 (History of the Sentinels – Part IV) – Down the elevator right in front of you, impossible to miss.
Codex #3 (History of the Sentinels – Part V) – Just after the next room, impossible to miss.
Codex #4 (History of the Sentinels – Part VI) – Proceed forward and you’ll see this behind some bars, go around to the left to grab it.
Codex #5 (History of the Sentinels – Part VII) – Climb the next ledge and swing on the pole, once you land look left.
Extra Life #1 – Behind the last Codex you can activate a switch. Do so, then from the switch look to the right and jump-dash over into an opening in the wall where you find the Extra Life.
Codex #6 (History of the Sentinels – Part VIII) – In the next large room, this is in the back on the right side.
Praetor Suit Token #1 – Go up the stairs and down the path to the right, jump across the gap to find the token.
Extra Life #2 – Sitting immediately next to the above Praetor Suit Point.
Codex #7 (History of the Sentinels – Part IX) – In the next area on the left, impossible to miss.
Codex #8 (Deag Grav) – Directly behind you after riding up the next elevator.
Codex #9 (Gladiator) – In the next room, on the right before going into the arena.
