BFG, Unmaykr, Sentinel Hammer, Ballista, and Plasma Rifle are Banned, aside from eliminating spirits (Primary fire won't deal any damage)
The Fire Rate increase upgrade is allowed for the SSG,
The Fast Feet and Faster Transform upgrades are allowed for Full Auto,
The Micro Missiles and Microwave Beam are fully upgraded.
The Cell ammo limit is set to 150
