Speedrun of Doom (Kex) - Lost Civilization - Map 11 - Nightfall ITYTD difficulty, played on Xbox One with controller.

There's 2 sets of keys on this map. At first I thought you just needed 3 different colored keys, but they need to all be skull or regular keycards to open the gate. Interestingly, both options are very close in time. I went with the skull keys because the invis on the route makes it quite easy.
