6Ok, I get to this map. I know that maybe someone don't like author or something, but this map must be showen. Like all good creations. Begining...
Design - 10/10:
- custom geo: full;
- classic: no;
- classic style: yes;
- detalisation: high;
- modern: yes;
- using decales: high;
- using effects: high.
Well, like you know for "Design" by this author can't say anything bad. Always author create awesome design. Like you see it's remake and... oh shit! This map have 2 lvl remaked...damn...
I can't say more - just look at this and you will understand... I think I must say ocean of words for this...)
Gameplay - 8.5/10:
- amount of demons: high;
- ammo/hp/armor in map: no;
- ammo fall from demons - no;
- bosses: no;
- choosing difficult: no;
- classic style: yes;
- damage/health demons: normal;
- difficult: high;
- place with restoring hp, armor, ammo: yes;
- single/multiplayer mod: single;
- secrets - 3-4;
- unpredictability: yes;
- weapon with upgrades: no;
- weapon leave after death - yes.
Ok, it's remakes, but gameplay not from original. Author have own vision for it. You can find here lot of demons like in original, but it's different. Now you have rocketluncher in other place, I didn't find SSG, hm. Secret what you can find from original, so, you will enjoy it.
I don't know how you, but I was shocked - I play in two remakes lvl's from original, with different fights or weapon places.
Fun factor 9/10:
- big arenas for fights: yes;
- lot of demons, bosses: yes;
- variety of fights: yes;
- secrets: yes;
- checkpoints: yes;
- unlimit lives for player: yes;
- challenge for player: yes.
I know that trully doomers like classic doom and only classic. It's remake. But, look carrefuly - it's not remake, it's remakes! Two maps here - M1 & M2 from Doom 2. Feel it? Damn, awesome.
Old good secrets, old good lvl in new style, two lvl here. What you alse want? Ah, original demons... Nope, it's Doom 2016...
Remake 9.5/10:
- all places from original: yes;
- full remake: yes;
- gameplay from original: no;
- more than one map remaked in map: yes;
- quality: high;
- remaked places by new style: yes.
All of you want honestly remake from original. Espacialy when it's Doom in Doom. You have it now. Two lvl in one map. Damn, it's old good M1&2, but with new style. Style of Pigdog is here and it's awesome.
Old good secrets, fights, places, weapon. Only demons not classic and it's different. Also two lvl's here.
I don't know how it working, but it working. Recognize all lvl, all places. However, here all thing, style by Pigdog and I can recognize all. Nice!
Avarage rate - 9.25/10. It was two remaked lvl in one map in SnapMap. Like it? No? It's not original, yes, but how it's looking and playing good. No? Well, no words...
Recomended for fans of Doom. Espacialy fans of classic Doom.
