DOOM SnapMap Doom 64: Even Simpler
5Get to this remake. Damn, it's very good. I remember this lvl in Doom 64, copy, only it's Doom 2016.
Design - 10/10:

- detalisation: high;
- modern: yes;
- using decales: low;
- using effects: medium.
Look at this map. Remember style by Spindleshanks, but no so violent picture. Author absolutely recreate all what was in original lvl. Also map looking good.
Gameplay - 8/10:

- ammo/hp/armor in map: high;
- bosses: no;
- choosing difficult: no;
- classic style: yes;
- damage/health demons: normal;
- difficult: medium;
- ammo fall from demons - no;
- single/multiplayer mod: single;
- secrets - ?;
- unpredictability: no;
- weapon with upgrades: yes;
- weapon leave after death - yes.
Gameplay get from original game. Not so hard for player. If you play original it will easy to you. Only need move more quikly - it's Doom 2016. All from original.
Fun factor 8/10:

- variety of fights: yes;
- secrets: ?;
- checkpoints: yes;
- unlimit lives for player: yes;
- challenge for player: no.
If you fan of original Doom 64 - you will like this map. Nostalgia.

- remaked places by new style: no;
- all places from original: yes;
- gameplay from original: yes.
Ok, look at this map. It's very good remake in SnapMap. All demons, all places, all actions - from there. Only we know that spiders wasn't in Doom64, so author add cybermancubuses for this map. Like Spindleshanks too.
This map can be more difficult for player then original, or it's not Doom 64, but it's remake and remake is very good. So, leave own - "it's not Doom 64", "gameplay/design of map not from Doom 64". Something alse expacting? Developers don't add for all from Doom 1, 2, Doom 64, Doom 3. So author create how he can.
Avarage rate - 9/10. Recomended for all fan of original Doom 64. Not perfect, not 100% copy, but very good remake.
