Doom Snapmap | UAC UNHINGED M4
2It's the Call of Cthulhu themed Doom Snapmap! I like the geo design, which can be a little unorthodox, but definitely interesting. Although, it's fairly linear in design, there is a good illusion of depth. The library was fantastic, and with something like Snaphack you could have lost souls binded to look like books flying off the shelves. (Ask someone from the discord community if you like that idea.) There's a few issues with lag on PS4, but most likely related to solid props. For top performance, make all the props un-solid and use blocking volumes in certain areas if they are used as a barrier. I would definitely, recommend giving this map a try. It is pretty solid and creative geo work. I'd ramp the difficulty up a bit, add a few secrets, and rework some of the invisible barriers. This map could become even better with some minor tweeks or updates. Overall, very promising!
