Their birth based on the hope for coding with Hangul of Korean programmers in 90s. Siat was developed under the project of Korean IT company in 90s about Hangul programming.
- Especially, Siat was focused by developers for considerable time, because its structures are quite differnet from C language which is the trend to Korean developers in 90s although it has derived many kinds of features from C language.
However, because of various reasons, these could not be transcended to modern age a.k.a. the 21st century.
