This is my playthrough of life and death 2: the brain, which should be a lot shorter.

Life and Death 2 is a sequel to a game about abdominal medicine. It was praised in 1990 as a "very realistic" simulation of surgery. Surprisingly it's pretty detailed for the time, although obviously it is a 2D simulation. I tried playing this as a kid, like, 3 times.
