The new static link works different : you drain damage and your hero automatically attacks the target you drain damage from, so you don t need to rightclick the hero you are linked too. In my opinion, that is pretty over powerful. I love the new plasma field, it applies slow if hit twice.
The ultimate prioritizes the hero with static link, so that is really cool and it gives a passive dmg every 3 seconds around you, making last hitting frustrating xD
Overall, i think the hero is as strong as it was.
