Dota 2 Purge plays Disruptor - stream
487Disruptor is a great support at the moment due to his ability to roam, zone, teamfight, and counter a couple hard to counter heroes.
Disruptor is played in the 5, or hard support role in most Dota games, and your early tasks are usually zoning the enemy offlane and pulling when possible.
Try to prioritize hitting level 6 while doing these tasks, because once you hit level 6, you plus any allied hero should be able to kill anyone but the tankiest heroes on the map. Aim for a core kill with your ultimate whenever possible!
Your skill build should almost always be 1-4-1-1, due to Glimpse letting you abuse many enemy heroes that think they aren't out of position, and to lower the cooldown to cast it 2 times every fight.
Your items should be a mix of inexpensive things. If you plan for an Aether Lens, get an early Arcane boots, if you are poor, aim for Wand + Urn and buy components whenever you can get them.
Your Mid game items should be whatever typical support item you or your team needs. Aether Lens, Force Staff, Glimmer Cape, urn, and even sometimes a Blink is a good choice.
In the late game, get more of those support items, or if you're really wealthy, you can aim for something like an Aghs scepter to prevent enemies from using BkB's or items.
