Today we're talking about Oil Rig release date and update, Patch Update Oil Rig Event is coming to all Public Testing Branch rust console players on Rust Console Edition. We will discuss the Rust Console news about this Event current Updates, Patches, schedule, and what this update Oil Rig Event entails in this video video! Rust console updates, rust console patches, and even a rust console event for whats to come!!!!! This is for PS4, PS5, Xbox, Xbox One X and Xbox Series X. Double Eleven would like to share some more information about the playtest that will happen tomorrow Wednesday, February 9, 2022 10:00 AM. Soon before the test starts all the servers will be hidden and three new ones will show up: Playtest 1, Playtest 2 and Playtest 3. These servers will be password protected, we will share the password here in Discord around the same time the event starts. Players will spawn at the beach with loot that will help them get and complete the Oil Rigs. This starting kit will contain the following items: Metal chestplate, Metal facemask, Roadsign kilt, Roadsign gloves, Tshirt, pants and boots, A Thompson, Pump shotgun and AK, 6x medical Syringes, A keycard of each (Blue, green and red), 100x Low Grade Fuel, Ammo for the weapons and pumpkins, Diving gear in case players want to swim to the Oil Rigs. After spawning in, players will need to make their way to the Oil Rig/s. You are free to team up, the only rule is that players are not allowed to kill each other for the first 5 minutes (If you do, this will get you kicked from the server). Once those 5 minutes passed you should be on your way to the Oil Rig and from here on out everything is fair game. The objective is simple: complete the event on the Oil Rig by killing the scientists, Hack the laptop, kill the heavy scientists, get the loot and leave the Oil Rig. Once a team or a player manages to do this, a message will show up in the server letting players know that the server will wipe in one minute. (All the players will be kicked) Around 7 to 9 minutes after the wipe the server should appear back on the list, this time with a new password that will be shared in Discord. Players will then get to join and do it again! NOTE: You might see someone flying around spawning boats, if you do, don’t worry. These are members of our QA team helping out the players! Also no point in shooting them, they can’t be killed… SECOND NOTE: With the amount of users trying to participate, it’s possible that some of you will not be able to join the servers. If this happens, please be understanding. Servers will need to be at maximum capacity during the duration of the test for us to collect the best data. Don’t worry, if you don’t make it in, there will be other opportunities to join in the future! Also there are two bugs/issues that can happen, if this is the case the only way to fix them is to restart the game: Gunshots might cause the sound to stop working. Players can start rubber banding in the Oil Rig.
