In the year 19XX, a crime organization, known as the Shadow Warriors, attacked the city where the Double Dragons live and killed an innocent woman. This would be their final act, because the woman was the girlfriend of Billy Lee. And being the skilled martial artist that they are, the Double Dragons take to the streets in rage and proceed to wreck everyone they meet!
