One credit complete playthrough of Double Dragon arcade version by Taito / Technos Japan played on MAME. All operator default dip switch settings used, nothing changed:

Coin A = 1 Coin / 1 Credit
Coin B = 1 Coin / 1 Credit
Cabinet = Upright
Flip Screen = Off
Difficulty = Medium
Demo Sounds = On
Unused = Off
Bonus Life = 30k and every 60k
Lives = 2

Should go without saying that no save states, cheats, or video editing were used. Isn't that hard of a game if you just play enough of it. The elbow is key, that, and getting used to the bad slowdown spikes this game has.

Seems like a no-deaths run is certainly possible, even as rusty as I am. Maybe I'll give it a go.
