To tweak the registry, search and open "regedit" in Windows. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\MediaProperties\PrivateProperties\Joystick\OEM

Before you change anything, make a backup!!

Find your gamepad, and double-click on OEMData. Change the first-digit number after the zeros to 4.
In my case, I changed 23 to 43.

press ok and you're done.

Remember to double-click and apply your backup if you want to use your gamepad for other games.
