War of the Spark Lore:
The story in War of the Spark was meant to cap off an epic, long drawn out story arch of Nicol Bolas and his schemes for God-hood. In that, his plit involved the harvesting of Planeswalker sparks from victims, causing a suspected catastrophic amount of casualties. As more and more lesser known Planeswalkers fell into the trap of Bolas, it looked likely that we would see a bloodbath on Ravnica. What is the official body count and who didn't make it out alive?
Chandra Nalaar is a classic character in the Magic:The Gathering story. Shes an original hero and member of the Gatewatch who has developed from a hot blooded pyromancer to a controlled force for good. However, an enemy threatens to undermine everything she has worked for. Dovin Baan, a threat from her home of Kaladesh, returns as a puppet of Bolas. Will Chandra forsake Jaya Ballard's lessons and KILL Dovin Baan?
