I have not tested all the torrents, but the one for iPhone 4s and the one for iPhone 5 (Global) (iPhone5,2) are working.
iOS 7.0 beta (1st beta) wasn’t released for iPad & iPad mini, so they are out of the game as AFAIK CoolBooter CLI only supports beta 1, not beta 2 which was the 1st iOS 7.0 beta available for iPad (iPad 2 up to iPad 4th generation) and original iPad mini..

You can install the 1st beta of iOS 7.0 with CoolBooterCLI on a secondary partition

From Cydia install also MTerminal, and Apple File Conduit 2. Install also Coolbooter untether if you want your supporter iPhone or iPod touch starts the iOS 7.0 b1 partition at every reboot
The .ipsw of the 1st beta of iOS 7.0 needs to be manually placed in /var/cbooter, you can do it by connecting your iPhone to your Mac or Windows PC and with iFunbox, click on “Raw filesystem” in iFunbox’s sidebar, double click the var folder and double click the cbooter folder. Drag here the .ipsw

Now on the iPhone just type into Mterminal:

su

Press enter, then:

*enter your root password* *

Press enter, then:

coolbootercli 7.0b1

Then, after CoolBooter CLI has ended, for iPhone 4s you need to manually replace the iBSS & the iBEC (located in the root of your main partition) with the working ones you can download in the link (which are also patched by CoolBooter CLI but are from the ones from the final release of iOS 7.0)
Connect your iPhone 4s to your Mac or Windows computer and with iFunbox, in the iFunbox’s sidebar click “Raw filesystem”. Here you will see the iBSS & iBEC files, drag here the ones you downloaded and iFunbox will replace the ones patched by CoolBooterCLI.

*by default if you haven’t changed your root password, the password is alpine
