I was nominated by my friend Nettie to do the Ice Bucket Challenge to raise awareness for a serious disease called ALS or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.

The rules are that either:
1) you do the ice bucket challenge
or
2) you donate to ALS research within 24 hours of being nominated by someone.

Please spread the word to all your friends as many celebrities are also taking part in this as well!

In case you didn't hear, I nominated my best friends Graeme Cockell, Jon Reid, and my sister Andrea Katt to take part in this.

I didn't mention it, but I want Albert Mercado to do it too. :P
