It's always wiring loom or sensor failure. It's *always* wiring loom or sensor failure. It is *ALWAYS* wiring loom or sensor failure. But hey at least this particular brain box will outlive the rest of the machine now.
We chase for problems where there are none, in this rather specific piece of industrial gear dating from 1990. If you have one of these machines where the automatics refuse to calibrate, make sure the pulse sensor on the motor is in working order.
