The most important thing you do in this fight is dispel Kai Yan's barrier. Make sure you always have dispel strike active, just in case. This was a rather unconventional team comp, as we were running Patia instead of Lathna for the poison comp. Same principles apply. Don't be afraid of using your S1 to activate dispel strike, even when everyone is at max health. Cleo's S2 (and especially with Patia) makes sure that everyone can take hits, and heal them back up. Once you have dispel strike active, you can save it for emergency heals, or to reactivate dispel strike.
