So what I mean by it seems like it was printed almost on normal paper, is that the paper texture is really similar to normal paper, but of course it's much thicker, and what I mean is it is not like laminated, or glossed or anything like normal posters would be. Well I guess it's not really a poster but an art print, but still I guess I was expecting something different. The type of paper isn't a bad thing by any means, just not what I was expecting.

Now on to the fact that it isn't printed on 100lb paper like it was advertised as, that could just be a misunderstanding on my part though haha. Like maybe it meant they were all printed on the same sheet which was 100lb and then all cut. But I don't think that really makes sense to me. I don't know, maybe I am just dumb.
