So here is the tier list for ever specialisation is dragon age inquisition for rouge, mage and warrior. When having a party of 4 it is usually best to take all classes.

General Mobs

Early Game 10-13

Warrior///
Champion: God (never dies)
Reaver: tier 2
Templar: tier 3

Rogue///
Tempest: tier 1
Assassin: tier 2
Artificer: tier 1

Mage///
Knight Enchanter: tier 2
Rift Mage: tier 3
Necromancer: tier 3

Mid Game 14-17

Warrior///
Champion: God (never dies)
Reaver: tier 1
Templar: tier 2

Rogue///
Tempest: God (...)
Assassin: tier 1 (these 2 have less survival...)
Artificer: tier 1

Mage///
Knight Enchanter: tier 2
Rift Mage: tier 2 (all same as KE survive but rift and necro damage)
Necromancer: tier 2

Late Game 18+

Champion: tier 1 (never dies)
Reaver: God (never dies if played right and kill speed)
Templar: tier 2 (1 combo and thats it)
