i went some extra battle for heck of it like hercule as final challenger in BT2 idk why but it kind of felt like custom stats cause all of 40 attacks and defense are 40 like gogeta as example when goku and vegeta fuse into the only thing is normal is his hp which is around 5-6 upgraded and even has to where he recover ki in battle and he is faster like speed 40 does alot of damage in the whole game if u let him use move 1 king of dreamers,present bomb and his ultimate move,thus it is not possble for your character to get to all 40s because it's only 20s so only way to get up to 40 is to fuse,plus hercule ki when fighting him it's very slowly drain like u will never noticing it's going down since it goes up fast since he has i'm the champion,thus if u want for passwords hercule it's in the video i even show off B3 password since it goes up to 104 which is BT2 since it's max for hercule to have which is all 13 levels BT3 does have max stats when use password on BT2 to BT3 even show off red patara as well which is makes it little harder then actual hercule sooo anyway thanks for watching
