I was overjoyed to learn that many of the skills and Super Souls not meant for our character avatars were put on a blacklist that disables them if modders try to equip and use them! Unfortunately, it appears that Dimps missed one that they really should add to that blacklist. Not only can modders exploit Surging Spirit to instantly charge to max ki, but it makes the loudest, most irritating sound you can imagine! Oh, and I still did more damage than this modder.
