Just a quick video thanks to quite number of requests. I have decided to show my new skill build (which I call WolfLover's Level 95 Skill Build V1).

The main reason behind Chain Lightning Lv. 1 is to fund SP to Charge Bolt to max the level. Here are my calculations.

Assuming this:
If Charge Bolt does approximately 12 hits every 10 seconds: That will mean 162*12= 1944% of damage every time the skill lands.

Chain Lightning on the other hand, has more damage but has a longer cooldown of 12 seconds.

Chain Lightning EX at Level 16 is 567*30% = 737.1% per hit which is a total of 2211.3% of damage.

1944% every 10s
2211.3% every 12 seconds

Every 1 minute,
1944*6 = 11664%
2211*5 = 11055%

However, even when Chain Lightning total damage in a minute is higher, the casting priority is extremely low while Charge Bolt on the other hand can be fit into the rotations as Chain Lightning casting time is longer than Charge Bolt by a few seconds. Because of the nature of Charge Bolt, the damage tends to be higher than Chain Lightning. Also depending on how you use it.

If Charge Bolt lands a total of 14 hits each time,
162*14 = 2268 every 10 seconds
Every 1 min = 2268*6 = 13608% which will actually beat Chain Lightning as long there is a consistency of 13-14 hits.

When Charge Bolt is taken, it means that the rotation can be changed to increase the damage and damage dealt overtime.

Mind Breaker to Consecration into Grand Cross and Holy Burst followed by 2 spears to Lightning bolt into another spear transitioning into charge bolt and avenging wave in any order, after Consecration explodes you can use Detonate EX(Not awakening) to deal large burst damage. The best part is that this rotation can be repeated continuously without stopping at all as well. Except that sometimes you will need to deal damage of 2 spears instead of 3 at times. Nevertheless, it is the best constant burst and constant damaging rotation I have come up with so far.

Detonate EX's additional hits and deal up to 10 hits instead of 8 which means Detonate EX can deal a total of 200% of Detonate EX instead of the usual 180% depending on how the user uses the skill. Which is why it is as good as using 2 hits of Detonate Awakening without electrocution at a 100% rate, dealing more damage than Detonate Awakening even with the additional 50% damage thanks to consistency. Damage is increased due to the nature of Detonate EX hitting all additional lightning bolts at the same time which gives the skill a nice burst as well.
