Dragon Quest Heroes II is a hack-and-slash game which has been developed by Omega Force & published by Square Enix the platform I am playing on today is Playstation 4 it is also available on other platforms such PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Switch, and Microsoft Windows. Todays video consists of around 20 minute game play, see some characters and have a good old roam around the map defeating various baddies. Dragon Quest mixes hack & slash combat of Koei Tecmo's Dynasty Warriors series of video games with the characters, monsters, universe, and lore from Square Enix's Dragon Quest series. It is heavier on RPG elements than other Omega Force's titles. World exploration has changed to resemble typical Dragon Quest experience. You can now move your party to visit towns, explore the world map and initiate battle stages. There will also be random monster encounters . Special treasure boxes & ingredients can be discovered. The Weather can fluctuate and affect your party's status.
Characters are now able to dash but some areas will be locked until you continue with parts of the main story, as you proceed with the main story you will be able to unlock "Invitation Stones" on the world map. These monuments will allow the party to instantly warp to previously visited locations.
