Playthrough | Part 19: Downward to Nadiria
It seems that Psaro has undergone a desire to destroy humanity. The Zenith Dragon know this and it's already going to get much worse.
The way to Nadiria has opened. Nadiria is an area in the underground region and it's also home to the final dungeon of the game. But here's the thing, in order to reach that final area, you need to take down the barrier protecting it. This means you have to travel to four different barrier shrines and take out the monsters protecting them.
You will need to take down these shrines in a specific order: bottom-right, bottom-left, top-left, top-right. Why? Let's just say it'll save you a lot of trouble.
At the bottom-right, you will face off against a trio of Rashaveraks. Having a party of Solo, Ragnar, Kiryl and Borya will help. Have Kiryl use Kabuff to boost your defenses, Borya will use Kasap to lower their defenses and use Oomph to boost your physical attackers. Solo and Ragnar/Alena will attack and that's all there is. If things get nuts, have Solo and Kiryl heal. Eventually you'll take them all down with little to no problem.
The bottom-left will have you fight against Pruslas. Pruslas gets the first strike and attacks twice. Focus on healing, buffing and debuffs. Pruslas will attack with physical only so if you use Kabuff three times, he's no issue. That's all there is.
Barbatos is at the top-left. He's annoying since he has a mix of physical and magic attacks. The same strategy still applies but if things get bad, have Solo use Omniheal to get everyone back at full strength. It can be a challenging battle but not impossible.
Aamon is at the top-right and spoilers, he's the one responsible for causing the humans to kill Rose. In turn, it drove Psaro to use the Secret of Evolution and become a monster. Aamon has a bounce effect so use the Zenithian Sword to remove that buff. Once you do that, focus on buffing, healing, debuffing and attacking. Take it from me. Don't make the same mistake I made. Ultimately Aamon will go down but you know that our time with that scumbag is far from done.
With all four barrier guardians defeated, we can reach where Psaro's at. But you have to now tackle Castle Nadiria first. It's a maze of sorts but if you know what you're doing, you should manage.
Before you reach where Psaro is, be sure to play the Baron's Bugle. Why? Because that's going to be a lifesaver for you in the final battle. Speaking of which, the finale is coming up next.
