In L2 of the Heights of Loneliness, the party has finished fulfilling the requirements of Quest 112: Ranger Changer. Now, to continue the ascent to Zere Rocks.

In the north of L2, they can climb a vine onto a plateau to open a red chest containing a Seed of Deftness (time index 1:15). There is a stairway in the northeast of this area, but it is broken.

To progress, the party must climb the set of vines starting in the northwest corner of the area (time index 2:38). The final vine on the western plateau leads up to L3 (time index 3:31).

L3 consists of a series of paths ascending the cliff in switchback fashion. After passing a few "peculiar statues," the party enters the first cave they see (time index 4:22).

This leads them to the L4 cave. At the northwest end of this cave, a stairway leads up to L5 (time index 5:47). At the southern end, an opening leads outside (time index 7:55). A red chest outside contains a bag of Kitty Litter. This may seem like a lackluster prize, but it can be used in alchemy.

The party backtracks to where they originally entered these caves (time index 8:30). Continuing up the cliff, they bypass the bridge and go west to a vine that leads up to a ledge. On this ledge, a red chest contains Mini Medal #015 (time index 9:38).

Next, they head east across the bridge and climb the vine to the high ledge before tightroping back west to another cave entrance.

This entrance leads to L6 (time index 12:08). The northern chamber contains a stone with some information left by Mason (time index 12:47).

The stairway to the west leads up to L7 (time index 13:51). Along the way through, Angelo reaches Priest Level 23 and earns 5 skill points (time index 15:37).

The southern exit leads out to the exterior of L7 (time index 16:49). When the party goes to the upper level and checks the stairway leading down, they find a collapsed man, Christopher Collapsus (time index 17:23). No, the puns aren't over yet! Collapsus will give the party Quest 015: Collapsus's Call. The poor fellow wants a Special Medicine. The party has some Special Medicine on hand, so they give some to him. In return, he acquires his first treasure map, Granite Tunnel of Woe Lv. 1! The map points to a cave entrance near Stornway. It will be a little while before my party explores this cave, though.

In the northwest corner of this area, there is a blue chest (time index 20:08). Nice, it's Toad Oil!

The large northern stairway leads to Zere Rocks (time index 20:20). Guess what, entering this place puts Zere Rocks on the Zoom list! Cool. Before exploring this stony town more fully, the party will return to Stornway to rest for cheap.
