Previously, the party finished their latest session of Metal hunting on Howlwind Hill. Now, they will get started on Memories Lane, a 3DS-exclusive challenge dungeon that they unlocked in the Dragovian Trials.

After resuming, the party Zooms to Marta's Cottage (time 0:53).

In the ruin behind the cottage, the party enters the new glowing circle (time 5:17). It teleports them to Memories Lane. The wagon is here, so the party can change lineup at any time. Very helpful.

In the hallway east of the entrance, there is a stone marker with a message (time 7:24). The door leading north is locked.

For the first battle, my main lineup is Davilas, Morrie, Angelo, and Jessica.

In the first boss room, the party battles Geyzer in Memoriam (time 8:03). Cursed Mist can curse everyone aside from the protagonist, so the protagonist is the most consistent damage-dealer throughout the battle. Geyzer in Memoriam's powerful physical attacks are a foretaste of the pummeling to come.

Davilas defeats Geyzer in Memoriam (time 12:10). Geyzer in Memoriam drops a Seed of Strength.

There are two red chests in the next hallway (time 12:50). They contain an Elfin Elixir and an Ethereal Stone. There is also a purple chests. Like blue chests, purple chests refill, but they have better loot.

The party does some alchemy (time 13:13). They combine Morrie's Beast Claw and the Ethereal Stone. This results in the Beast Talon, an upgrade of the Beast Claw.

For the next battle, my primary lineup is Davilas, Red, Angelo, and Jessica. Red uses the Zombie Slayer.

In the second boss room, the party battles the Tortured Soul in Mem. (time 15:09). The Tortured Soul in Mem. can summon a Walking Corpse in Mem. and a Skeleton in Memoriam as backup. The Tortured Soul in Mem. can also buff its allies with Oomph. The party kills off the Skeleton in Memoriam first because it puts up defensive buffs. Then, they focus down the Tortured Soul in Mem.

Eventually, the party wins the battle (time 20:03). Davilas reaches Level 77. He obtains 2 skill points. He puts them into Fisticuffs for a total of 27. Red reaches Level 76. She obtains 2 skill points. She puts them into Fisticuffs for a total of 24. Angelo reaches Level 76. He obtains 2 skill points. He puts them into Staves for a total of 87. Morrie reaches Level 77. He obtains 2 skill points. He puts them into Fisticuffs for a total of 29. At 28 points in Fisticuffs, he becomes a Proud Pugilatore and learns the ability Knuckle Sandwich. Yangus reaches Level 80. He obtains 2 skill points. He puts them into Scythes for a total of 42. At 42 points in Scythes, he becomes a Sickle Sweetie and learns the trait Attack +10 with Scythe Equipped, replacing the prior Scythe attack boost trait. The Tortured Soul in Mem. drops a Seed of Wisdom.

There are two red chests in the next hall (time 23:29). They contain Mini Medal #133 and a Thanatos' Shield. There is also a purple chest.

The party does some more alchemy. They make another Goddess Shield (Thanatos' Shield + Saint's Ashes). They give it to Angelo.

For the third boss, my primary lineup is Davilas, Morrie, Angelo, and Jessica.

In the third boss room, the party battles the Trap Box in Memoriam (time 25:09). The Trap Box in Memoriam can confuse party members with Kafuddle, so Catholicon Rings are very useful. It can also attempt to instantly kill party members with Kathwack. It has a high critical hit rate. If you have confusion protection, the battle becomes easier.

The party defeats the Trap Box in Memoriam (time 28:08). Jessica reaches Level 73. She obtains 2 skill points. She puts them into Sex Appeal for a total of 70. The Trap Box in Memoriam drops a Seed of Agility.

In the long hallway beyond the third boss room, there are two red chests (time 29:21). They contain a Rusty Old Sword and a Seed of Strength. Also, the stone tablet with a message heals the party's HP and MP.

The party leaves Memories Lane with Evac (time 29:49). This takes them back to the ruin behind Marta's Cottage.

They Zoom to the Hilltop Hut (time 30:12). They rest and save.

Next time, they will continue slogging through Memories Lane.
