By using the 'Inferno' Difficulty DLC(which is FREE) you can get LOTS of EXP and Gold early on, in Chapters 1 - 3, just before things get "complicated" with the 'Three Sisters' system on Chapter 4 onward. When an enemy is weaker than you, they'll show an 'sweating' icon as in scare, they won't move, so hitting them in the Map cause them to die instantly, but they will also give you EXP and Gold. The trick is to change difficulty in front of them as soon as you see them sweating in a lower difficulty, so when you kill them in the Map the EXP and Gold you will receive is one of an 'Inferno' difficulty monster.
