Player can now rebuild "visited" Dragon Utopias into a town with a castle and mage guild level 3 for 20 wood and 20 ore. The new town type depends on the hero faction.

AI always rebuild Dragon Utopias if they have enough resources. This option disables the "Dungeon of Dragon Master" option.
