This is the HDMI 'HD Link Cable for Dreamcast' from Pound who have also made the awesome Xbox cord and are working on similar products for SNES and TurboGrafx16. It plugs into your HDMI port for modern TVs, but that's it's sole, intended purpose. Doesn't seem to upscale or anything, more for convenience. Great for me, but superfans may have a hard time with this purchase.
