Dreamie Hunting for Shino (New Horizons Part 7)

In the past I've done island hopping for villagers, but usually just took whatever I found that matched my theme within 10-20 tickets. This is the first time I've actively hunted for a specific villager. My chances of finding her? 0.24%, in comparison octopi are the easiest to find specific characters for at 0.71% (for me it's actually 0.95% because I have Zucker on my island) and specific cats are the rarest at 0.12% if I've done my math right. I have 135 tickets, let's see how this goes.
