Speedy dive.

We decided to ban all warnings this time because they aren't fun to play with (it's not included in Penumbra difficulty file, i just edited it to ban more warnings). And we were fed up with Interstellar attempt on this DD already.

Pacing is mostly fine, although i can see it being harder on original FC_b23 due to slightly less nitra available in the stage. We just run this difficulty instead.
