After defeating Carrie again, Jill continue her mission as she make her way through metal city and encounters the twin sisters again and after they were defeated they retreated once again but not before we are bless with a propeller and the controls for this system is even harder than the submarine. It's basically a helicopter but upward and after reaching to the Top of the Skyline, Professor Monkey installed the Red Diamond on to the weather machine and begins attacking her in two phase. After beating both phases, Jill finally got her Family's Diamond back and with that her journey is over (Or so it seems.😏)
